¹PAYPAL PLUS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

The PayPal Plus Rewards Program is automatically available to each PayPal Plus Credit Card customer (“Cardholder”) whose PayPal Plus Credit Card Account is open, in good standing, and is not more than 2 consecutive payments past due at the time the Rewards Points are earned or the Rewards Vouchers are issued.

For every dollar in net purchases charged to your PayPal Plus Credit Card Account, you will earn 1 Rewards Point. Net purchases mean merchandise and/or services purchased minus returns and adjustments. Unless otherwise stated in a special offer, Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, finance charges, and fees do not qualify for Rewards Points. The amount of Rewards Points accrued during a billing period is calculated daily, and is rounded up to the next whole Rewards Point.

In order to use your Rewards Points, you must go to the PayPal Plus Service Site and redeem them for Rewards Vouchers. The amount of Rewards Points required to redeem a Rewards Voucher is listed on the PayPal Plus Service Site. Rewards Points are available for redemption on the first day of the next billing period after the applicable Purchase is made. In some circumstances, we may delay making Rewards Points available for redemption. Only the primary Cardholder may redeem Rewards Points. Multiple participants may not combine Rewards Points for redemption purposes. You may not redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards Vouchers if your PayPal Plus Credit Card Account is delinquent.

Use of the Rewards Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher. Rewards Points do not constitute property of the Cardholder. Rewards Points and Rewards Vouchers are not transferable or assignable under any circumstances, including (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise by operation of law. Rewards Point credits will not be issued for any unused Rewards Vouchers, and Rewards Vouchers may not be returned or exchanged. Lost or stolen Rewards Vouchers will not be replaced. If the PayPal Account that is associated with your PayPal Plus Credit Card is closed, you will not be able to use your Rewards Voucher. Rewards Vouchers cannot be credited to a PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Account or redeemed for cash. Rewards Vouchers must be used by the expiration date.

All accrued Rewards Points that you do not redeem for Rewards Vouchers will expire and be removed from your balance: (i) if you do not make a purchase with your PayPal Plus Credit Card Account for 12 consecutive months, (ii) 36 months after the Rewards Points were earned, (iii) if you are more than 2 consecutive payments past due on your PayPal Plus Credit Card Account, or (iv) if your PayPal Plus Credit Card Account is closed for any reason (other than as a result of a lost or stolen card, in which case all accrued points will be applied to the replacement card).

If you fail to follow these Terms, abuse the Program privileges, or provide false or misleading information your eligibility in the Program may be canceled and you will forfeit all accrued Rewards Points or Program benefits. The PayPal Plus Rewards Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The accumulation of Rewards Points does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such points or Program benefits. In accumulating Rewards Points, you may not rely on the continued availability of any award or award level, and you may not be able to obtain all offered awards. Any award may be withdrawn or subject to increased Rewards Point requirements or new restrictions at any time. Changes to the Program may affect the perceived value of, or your ability to use, the Rewards Points you already have accumulated or result in the forfeiture of accumulated Rewards Points.
