I won an item today for about 128.00. i made payment using my credit card(pay-pal). Later on in the day I logged on to pay-pal for something else and saw the pay-pal was giving me the option to cancel this payment because the seller was not verified it said,and the payment was unclaimed.
The seller is in a different country with no feedback and just joined E-Bay net work this month. What happens now ? Do I contact this Seller? Will I or can I get a non-payment mark? and does this mean that the seller was not on the up & up. ?????? and is this considered a bid retraction???????

a very nice new seller would like to be paid via request for cash on a recent auction I won. I asked her to consider my regular invoice would look unpaid, I believe she doesn't want her funds held & has every intention of sending my item, but I want some official ebay/paypal advice. maybe holding new seller's funds isn't a good idea if they go around it. now I am on the spot. what should I do? thanks.

I am a new seller. Does an invoice go out to the purchaser? How am I advised when payment is made into my account. Should I wait until payment is received to ship the item. This is all new to me.

Hi fairly new to using ebay and paypal. I recently had a complete brain fart and bought 2 laptop addaptors. I got one of them canceled the other. thing is it costs the guy a 2 dollar listing fee which he wants money for. how do I get him his money. help me out.

Hello every one.
I need some help here.
I bought a phone, he stated that the phone is orginal. But i received a fake phone. Contacted him, then he said he would refund the money when received back the item. I shipped the package with good "delivery confirmation" but he ran away, he is now no longer register user in ebay. I got scammed, so i filed a dispute in paypal for SNAD. I will give my delivery confirmation proof to paypal when asked. I will claim it to paypal for quicker process after 10 days because i dont think he gonna response the dispute. Do you guys think im gonna win this case and get my money back? Please give me some advice, i really need help.

I sold item #140281914839. In the listing I stated that I only ship to the 48 states. Shipping charges were a flat $4.55. I did not block international bidders and a Canadian bidder won the item. Since I didn't block Int'l, I considered this to be my fault. So, I sent the invoice to the buyer.
I then received a question from the buyer stating that she lost her credit card, so she called the credit card company & cancelled it. They are going to re-issue her a new card in 7-10 business days. At that time, she can then purchase the product.
The buyer wants to know if I am willing to wait 7-10 business days for the payment, or if he/she can pay another way.
I'm not sure what to do here. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you in advance.

I recently won several auctions which I need to pay for. I thought there was something wrong with my PayPal but come to find out that I have exceeded my $10,000 lifetime spending limit....how do I pay all these auctions without getting non-payment complaints. I can't even use a credit card on PayPal - I guess they only want to do a limited amount of business with me unless I re-open a checking account (which I no longer use). How can I resolve this?

I sold on eBay several years ago before paypal was really est. I have bought some items recently and when I won the auctions I received a paypal invoice for them. What I don't know is who sends out the invoices and how. Do I have to send out invoices, does eBay send them out or do they go out automatically? If I need to send the invoice out, how do I do this? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hello Fellow Ebayers: I recently sold an item on and Paypal is holding the funds for 21 days. The funds included shipping charges. Is this going to be a regular thing? Why should the funds be held for shipping and we have to pay for shipping?

i'm from Uruguay, my home/work adress is at Uruguay, i need to add some USA adress to my paypal account for some returned items , because return some items to uruguay are expensive for buyer and not safty.
But really i don't know how i cann add this USA addres (that it's the addres to my private currier, who carried all my sold items from uruguay to USA), because when i try to add a new adress at paypal In the space destined to the country "Uruguay" always pre leaves set and it I cannot change!. what i have to doing for to be able to have for show at paypal my home address at uruguay and my USA adress for returned items and can pick it when i need use it (in a dispute center for example), all the info will be appreciate and welcome, thank you to all
