Hi fairly new to using ebay and paypal. I recently had a complete brain fart and bought 2 laptop addaptors. I got one of them canceled the other. thing is it costs the guy a 2 dollar listing fee which he wants money for. how do I get him his money. help me out.

Unless you want to mail him $2, ask for, if you don't have it, his PayPal email address. Then log into PayPal and use the send money tab and pay him that way. But since he will pay fees on that money, round up your payment to $2.37

If you are the winning bidder, ask him to cancel the transaction. He does this, then you agree, and he gets his final fee back only. If you purchased the item, you should pay him and resale it yourself, that will be the best thing for your character to do...if not the least you can do is pay him his two dollars, but you don't have to, but it is the responsible thing to do. Next time, only bid on one, until you know that you will lose it, then bid on another....this is in ebays helpful bidding tips, you should check it out.
