SOLD SOME FISHING REELS ON EBAY,FROM 55.00 TO 475.00, EVERY ONE PAID PROMPTLY WITH PAYPAL, THE AUCTIONS ENDED THIS WEEK,ALL ITEMS SHIPPED NEXT DAY, TWO HAVE ALREADY LEFT POSITIVE FEED BACK,GOT PHONE CALL LAST NIGHT,CLAMING TO BE PAYPAL, WANTING TO KNOW WHERE I GOT MY REELS,I THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM, NOT BELEIVING PAYPAL WOULD CALL AND ASK SUCH A QUESTION, I HUNG UP,5 MINUTES LATER MY ACCOUNT WAS ON HOLD AND STILL IS, BEEN ON PHONE WITH 3 PEOPLE FROM PAYPAL, PROVIDED ALL SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS,WILL NOT RELEASE MY MONEY UNTIL I PROVE EVERY ONE RECEIVED THIER REELS, MY FEED BACK IS 116 100 PERCENT POSITIVE, BEEN EBAY MEMBER SINCE 2000, DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE HELP

It's not unusual for Paypal to limit the accounts of seller that suddenly start receiving a lot of money in their account. We went through this on our business account a few years ago. They wanted proof of identity, proof we owned or had control of the merchandise we were selling and proof of delivery to our most recent customers. We faxed all the documentation in and our account was restored in less than a week.

Log into your Paypal account, click on the Resolution Center link and see if there is a list of documentation they want from you besides proof of delivery. Send it too them and wait for the items to be delivered - then start calling Paypal daily until they restore your account.

This is totally normal because your feedback is just a little over 100....i went through the same things until i received my 150th feedback, now they don't give me as many problems. Also, whenever you sell alot of one item, they do this to protect the buyers, to make sure they are not fake.
